I also contacted the help center of Disney + and they did not solve the problem (they said they were going to analyze it and if in the next 10 days it was not resolved to contact me again) I have also read the same problem in other forums ( not all with hardware chromecast) I guess it may be the chromecast firmware (back to version 1.37 I think it is) or a Disney + problemI have this same issue.
