If your game was purchased less than 14 days ago and you’ve played it for less than two hours, you’re guaranteed a refund. i just have the game on hold until i get a new graphic card.. dont have any hope in the tecnical aspect and i dont expect nothing from the devs at this point. I was just refunded even though I didn't meet either criteria.
