The Alex is a good hotel with everything you need for your stay; the staff are friendly and all speak perfect reasonable size, the wi-fi was good and the air conditioning hugel... have a view of the Münsterplatz, and the hotel manager, a very charming lady, offered me an upgrade to a beautiful Suite, with spectacular views over the Cathedral.
