We take our customer comments very seriously and in many cases our website modifications and product updates are a result of your comments! WOW!! I found that fitting the fine wire to the undercarriage covers was easier using a very small piece of brass tubing which I crimped to secure the loops.Awesome aircraft HK! JPY HSD 1600mm Fullsize A-1 Skyraider Gray 6S PNP by HSD. RE: The 1600mm A1 Skyraider Returns!! Batteries Thanks again to OV10 for the hints!
Structures RE: The 1600mm A1 Skyraider Returns!! This leaves me with a set of fully functional HSD main retracts (no struts or wheels) that are available. Just discovered on the HSDGO site that they have the "HSDJETS GENERAL LANDING GEAR CONTROL BOX" listed as a replacement for the HSD A1 retract control box. Heinemann immediately had his design engineers begin a program for finding weight-saving on the XBT2D-1 design, no matter how small. The Skyraider had a 50' span so the 1600mm(63") HSD Skyraider from Dragon(or old BH version) comes in at 1/9.5 scale.

A real head turner at the field. Flight Controllers & Accessories Everything works great and I am very happy with the set up.

Train Sets Ok fellow A1 flyers, I have bypassed and removed both of the junction boxes in this plane and direct wired the lights and replacement FMS P40 Retracts.

I hope I understand this correctly.
